Agreement Between Customer and Dynasty Transportation LLC.
Thank you for accessing the website located at dynastytransportationllc.com, or one of Dynasty Transportation LLC affiliated websites ( the “Website”) As used herein, “Dynasty Transportation LLC” collectively refers to Dynasty Transportation LLC., One Purpose Transportation, LLC., and any other member or affiliate of the Dynasty Transportation LLC., This Website is provided solely to assist customers of Dynasty Transportation LLC in gathering information regarding the services provided by Dynasty Transportation LLC on the Website, determining the availability of such services, making legitimate reservations for such services, retrieving online ride receipts or otherwise transacting business with Dynasty Tours (“Legitimate Business”) and for no other purposes. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Dynasty Transportation LLC., The term “you” refers to the customer visiting this Website or booking a reservation through Dynasty Transportation LLC on this Website.

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellations fees will be assessed if the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours to reservation Scheduled dated. If reservation is cancelled within less than 24 hours prior to reservation date you will be assessed 100% percent of charges.

Rider Policies and Luggage & Lost Items Policies
Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning a left-behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner. Luggage is designed to protect its contents. As such, Dynasty Transportation LLC assumes no liability for minor damage, such as scratches, scuffs, stains, dents, cuts and dirt resulting from normal wear and tear. Many bags look alike. Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each passenger. Upon reaching your destination, please check to see that you have retrieved all your belongings, and that each bag, briefcase, computer, etc. is, indeed, yours. Small items are left in our vehicles most often (cell phones, Medicine, cameras, Wallets small bags and sunglasses, in particular). Choosing to use this transportation service (Dynasty Transportation LLC.) signifies that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must exit this website immediately.
