APPLICATION:

The first step in the process of becoming a Shuttle Vehicle Chauffeur is completing an application. All applicants must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid Florida driver’s license and a Hack Chauffeur or Limo License. All applications will be reviewed by the company. The most qualified will be contacted for interviews.

FAMILIARIZATION:

If you are selected, a motor vehicle report and criminal background check will be performed. If both are acceptable, you may attend to our day familiarization program. You will receive program materials that will include a manual, meet & greet sign, among others. These materials and your time in the familiarization program will prepare you to be successful in operating your Shuttle Vehicle Service.

DRIVER PERMITS:

You will need to obtain driving permits before you can drive a company vehicle. The City of Broward and require drivers to have a Hack license. The process to obtain a permit will be explained during our day familiarization program unless you already have one.

CONTRACTS:

Upon completion of the above familiarization program, you may enter into a service agreement with Dynasty Transportation as a self-employed independent contractor. Through this agreement, we would provide you with a shuttle vehicle. The company provides applicable auto insurance, vehicle maintenance, airport parking fees, and all vehicle permits. We contract with major hotels on whose property our chauffeurs wait to transport their customers to and from the airports, major attractions, hotels, restaurants, convention centers, and other major points of interest. In addition, we have a sales team and reservation department that provide our chauffeurs with fares through our computerized dispatching system. Our vehicles are authorized to operate in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County. Cash and credit card fares are collected by the chauffeur, who also provides change when necessary. Customer gratuities are up to the discretion of the customer; however they are common when good service is rendered.
